Thank you for the daily encounters!

24年4月に北海道に赴任して、既に1年経過。最初は寒さとまだ見ぬ土地に不安を抱えるも、北海道の素材に感動を覚え、住んでいる札幌にておいしいレストランを開拓中。同時に時間があれば各地域に行き、新たな温泉地やレストラン、食材などを探すことが趣味。

One year has already passed since I was assigned to Hokkaido in April 2012. At first, he was worried about the cold and the new land, but he was impressed by Hokkaido’s ingredients and is currently exploring delicious restaurants in his hometown of Sapporo. At the same time, when he has time, he enjoys traveling around the region to find new hot spring resorts, restaurants, and ingredients.
